2nd Annual Indigent Defense Summit
On March 1, 2011, Leah Pinney of the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition presented findings from our “Costly Confinement, Sensible Solutions: Jail Overcrowding in Texas” report and discussed the increased costs to counties associated with cutting indigent defense funding at the state level.
