Through Project ReIntegration of Offenders (RIO), The Texas Workforce Commission provides intensive employment services including referrals to people who have been incarcerated through centers across Texas. Manasseh Ministries

 Discipleship program for women over 18 only. Provides transitional housing, employment referrals, case management help, basic needs (clothing, food, eyeglasses), emotional and social community support.  Employment may begin after three months. Mobile homes available to women who complete the discipleship program.

Open to Christian men, over 18, who are not sex offenders. Provides housing, drug abuse program, transportation assistance, employment placement assistance, and basic needs (clothing and meals) assistance.

Provides re-entry case management and referrals for non-violent offenders. Five components of program: Pre and post assistance for employment, housing, education, recovery support and community service. Works closely with parole, medical and social service agencies to provide resources.
