Voting Information & Civic Participation
Want to support/oppose a certain piece of legislation, or even a particular legislator? VOTE!!! Ongoing civic participation is something that all Texans should get involved in, regardless of their criminal record.
NOTE: In Texas, a formerly incarcerated felon can vote once s/he's out of prison and off parole, or off probation.
